Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a capable and confident communicator with strong organizational skills to join our team as a construction project manager specializing in framing and drywall. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience, demonstrating a proven track record of work performance effectiveness and proficiency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from negotiation through completion, ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Organizational Proficiency: Demonstrate strength in understanding and interpreting construction schedules, contracts, and scopes of work.
- Construction Experience: Be well-versed in construction methods and procedures, with a commitment to continuous learning and career growth.
- BIM Experience: While BIM experience is a plus, it is not required.
- Project Oversight: Oversee projects that have been negotiated and are under contract, coordinating and driving the project by planning, scheduling, budgeting, procuring materials, and assembling submittal packages.
- Document Management: Review all General Contractor (GC) information and manage/respond to construction documents.
- Change Order Management: Price and negotiate change orders, review invoices, and synchronize the delivery of materials.
- Collaboration with Field Personnel: Work closely with field personnel to ensure mutual installation and maintain high-quality standards.
- Representation: Represent the company at job site meetings.
- Project Closeout: Handle project closeout, including punch lists and all required documentation.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.
Supplemental Pay Types: Bonus Pay.
Ability to commute or relocate: DMV Metro Area (Required)
Experience: Construction Project Management: 3-5 years (Required)
